  • Premium Monthly — Fable 5 and Opus 4.8 with no fixed daily cap (fair-use applies)
All requests are routed through a single managed upstream pool. Package tier controls your usage allowance, not a separate pool. Model behavior is not guaranteed to be identical to the upstream provider.

4. Usage Allowance & Fair Usage

Each package gives you a daily USD-equivalent API usage allowance per model family (Fable 5 and Opus 4.8), calculated from token consumption at published upstream rates. Some packages are marked "no fixed daily cap" — that means there is no numeric daily ceiling, but fair-use and abuse protection still apply. It does not mean unrestricted, guaranteed, or unlimited-in-every-sense access.

What this means

  • A daily USD-equivalent API usage allowance per model family
  • Included model families usable during active package period
  • Normal development/chat/CLI usage is allowed
  • Usage must remain within reasonable and stable system behavior
  • New Ora may restrict abnormal, abusive, automated, or shared usage

What it does not mean

  • Any right to abuse, spam, or automated stress
  • Any right to resell, share, or transfer the API key
  • Guaranteed no throttling, no maintenance, or no upstream outage
  • Permanent / lifetime access
  • Direct provider login or official provider plan ownership
  • Identical behavior to the upstream provider's own product
Normal usage:
  • Claude Code CLI development
  • Codex CLI-compatible tools
  • Coding questions, debugging, generation
  • Manual API in compatible tools
  • Normal project work
Abnormal usage:
  • Continuous automated 24/7 traffic
  • Reselling / sharing keys
  • Same key from many devices/locations
  • Stress tests, scraping, benchmark loops
  • Bypassing package restrictions
  • Spam or harmful automation

5. Allowed Use

  • Personal coding assistance
  • Project development
  • Claude Code CLI-compatible workflow
  • Codex CLI-compatible workflow
  • Manual OpenAI-compatible API usage
  • Testing the setup command
  • Using included package routes
  • Asking setup/troubleshooting questions
  • Creating support tickets
  • Renewal / extension requests

Access is intended for the buyer/customer associated with the marketplace order.

6. Not Allowed Use

  • Sharing access with other people
  • Selling or redistributing New Ora access
  • Posting the API key or setup command publicly
  • Using the access as a public API for your own customers without permission
  • Using Economy to access Premium-only routes
  • Attempting to bypass expiry, suspension, package routing, or fair usage limits
  • Automated spam or malicious activity
  • Credential harvesting
  • Extracting internal system prompts, upstream keys, routing, admin, or other customer data
  • Intentionally overloading the service
  • Using multiple accounts/orders to evade suspension
  • Reverse engineering the proxy or setup system
  • Abusing support or making fraudulent claims
Violation of these rules may result in temporary or permanent API access suspension.

7. Sharing & Device / User Limit

Each access is intended for one buyer/user. Do not share your setup command, API key, or configured access with other people.

Allowed

  • Same user on their own device reasonably
  • Reinstalling after support/regeneration
  • Normal personal environment usage

Not allowed

  • Giving the API key to friends
  • Using one access for a team
  • Selling the same access to others
  • Using one access across unrelated people/devices
  • Placing the key in a public app, website, repo, bot, or shared server

New Ora may detect suspicious sharing based on usage patterns and safe technical signals (hashed IP/device/user-agent fingerprints, request pattern, concurrent usage, unusual location/device changes, excessive parallel requests). Exact detection thresholds are not published.

If sharing is suspected, access may be suspended while support remains available.

8. Abuse & Automation

Automation is allowed only for normal CLI/tool usage.

Not allowed:

  • High-frequency loops
  • Stress testing / benchmark farming
  • Unattended long-running request floods
  • Parallel request abuse
  • Proxy chaining, public bot usage
  • Generating harmful/spam content
  • Intentionally causing provider errors
  • Trying to drain shared package capacity

System response:

  • Warning · temporary rate limit · access suspension
  • Support review · permanent disable for severe abuse
New Ora reserves the right to restrict abnormal traffic patterns to protect system stability.

9. Expiration & Renewal

  • Daily package = 1 day
  • Weekly package = 7 days
  • Monthly package = 30 days
  • Package starts when access is prepared/activated unless admin changes it
  • When expires_at passes, API access is disabled automatically
  • Expired access cannot send API requests
  • Customer/order record remains visible for support
  • Admin can extend or renew access; promo codes can add extra days
Expired error message: "Your access has expired. Please renew your package or contact support with your order number."

10. Suspension Policy

Suspension may occur for:

  • Suspected sharing
  • Abuse or abnormal traffic
  • Expired / unpaid / refunded order
  • Package misuse
  • Attempts to bypass restrictions
  • Malicious requests
  • Repeated violations or security risk
  • Admin decision after support review

Suspension behavior:

  • API requests are blocked
  • Customer/order is not deleted
  • Usage logs remain
  • Support access remains available
  • Admin can reactivate manually
Suspended error message: "Access suspended due to suspected sharing or policy violation. Please contact support with your order number."

11. Support After Suspension

Suspension blocks API usage, but it does not remove the customer/order record. Customers can still contact support and request review.

Support tickets should include:

  • Marketplace order number
  • Package name
  • Platform (Windows / macOS / Linux)
  • Error message text
  • Setup command platform
  • Screenshot or text of the error
  • Note if devices were changed

12. Manual API Rules

  • API type: OpenAI-compatible
  • Base URL: https://api.newora.space/v1
  • Authorization: Bearer <your New Ora API key>
  • Do not use official OpenAI URL with your New Ora key
  • Do not embed the key in public frontend code, apps, or repos
  • Do not share the key in GitHub, Discord, Telegram, etc.
  • Do not use the key for resale or public API services
  • Manual API usage is logged like CLI usage
  • Package restrictions still apply — Economy cannot access Premium-only routes
If your tool does not support custom OpenAI-compatible Base URL, it may not work with New Ora manual API access.

13. Setup Command Rules

  • Setup command installs New Ora API configuration locally
  • PowerShell command is for Windows; curl command is for macOS/Linux
  • Setup token may expire — contact support if it does
  • Setup command should not be shared
  • Setup test request is logged for verification
  • Setup does not install third-party CLI tools unless explicitly supported
  • Claude Code CLI or compatible tools must be installed separately
Do not edit the setup token manually. Copy the full command exactly as provided.

14. Model / Agent Route Availability

  • Packages include assigned agent groups, not official provider accounts
  • Economy excludes GPT 5.6 / GPT 5.6 SOL and Fable 5
  • Premium includes those routes where available and enabled
  • Model routes can change
  • Routes may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance/provider/backend changes
  • New Ora may update route names or backend mapping
  • If a specific route is unavailable, contact support
Package access is based on New Ora backend configuration and package routing, not direct ownership of third-party model accounts.

15. Usage Tracking & Privacy

New Ora may track metadata such as:

  • Request count
  • Endpoint, model/route, package
  • Status code, token usage if available, latency
  • Last used time
  • Safe hashed device/IP/user-agent signals for abuse prevention

Not shown to customers:

  • Upstream keys
  • Internal routing details
  • Other customer data
  • Admin notes
  • Provider secrets

Usage logs are used for support, abuse prevention, package enforcement, analytics, and service stability.

16. Refunds, Replacements & Support Review

Refunds and replacements depend on the marketplace order status, package status, support review, and issue type. Contact support with your marketplace order number.

New Ora can review setup issues, expired setup tokens, package routing errors, and access problems through support.
